A traumatic period is when a person is going through a difficult phase of his life due to the loss of close persons, precious things or simply a state of shock. On the spiritual side we have meditation, 'yoga' and 'reiki' to bring back persons to their original normal. We should accept the fact with full grace that shocks and sadness are an inseparable part of one's life. One should efficiently search for ways to better one's living after problematic situations.
