Dealing with loss of ones loved ones



Everybody knows that death can not be avoidable. But still whenever we lose somebody very close to us it is very difficult to control our emotions and feelings for them. Some internal strength must be developed to overcome from the sorrow. It is in our hand.

Ways to overcome from the sorrow:

Think that we are all eternal souls and children of God and everybody is same in front of God. Still we can live our life meaningfully. Our loved one is also an eternal soul and he might have taken another birth somewhere else and can have better life compared to the past life. Everyone in this world lost somebody and it is a natural fact that can not be avoidable. Cry and let the tears go away until you feel light from the heart. Talk with somebody who can understand you and express your pain and sorrow and listen to their advice and suggestions. Your loved one wants you to be very strong and better and happy life for you. Think positive and be optimistic. Try to share other's sorrow so that you can forget about yours. Involve yourself in something you love to do like reading, gardening, etc. Accept the things come to you and try to recollect the happy moments spent with the loved one. Concentrate on the welfare of other family members. They are also part of your life. Have faith in God and in yourself. Life is a gift of God. It is in our hand to make it beneficial to ourselves and to others. Try to come out from the shock. It takes time but be patient. Life can be still beautiful. Communicate with the loved one through prayer and meditation.

We can not change the truth so be free to accept the awful things of life. All came in this world with their own destiny. Try to develop spirituality that can help you to learn some real aspects of the life. Arrival to and departure from, the world is natural and on some day we also have to experience this. So try to accept the reality.

Above are the points to recover from the shock. Remember these points and if possible write down on a paper and paste it for frequent reading and also you can record them in a cassette. This definitely helps you to overcome from the sorrow.
