		<description>Tips to time management:

Incorporate a 10 minute book.... Print out a schedule at the beginning of your day with the hours of the day blocked off in 10 minute intervals. Map out your day by allocating time to each activity, in block form. As you start your day and attempt to accomplish what you wrote down, make a mental note every 10 minutes and determine whether you are one task according to your schedule. If you are not, get on task. Focussed energy on one task is much more efficient than trying to do a million things at once, and not even really ever coming close to accomplishing these million things. You may even jot down a quick note on your calendar so that you are critiquing yourself and keeping track of your ADD. You will begin to mentally discipline yourself and your productivity will increase dramatically. Go here for more tips... www.readtheanswer.com/index.php?RTA=web2</description>
