Grief is the impotent rage of being born into a Universe of change. Everyone has grief. It's an inscape reality of human existence. From the first moment that we don't exactly what we want from the world, we experience grief. Our grief can be our undoing. It can turn us off all to ourselves-to our live and to our world. If we can't meet our grief with courage and awareness, it can be the key that unlocks our hearts and force us into a profound new experience of life and love. At the every same moment that we feel consumed by grief, we each have the source of all joy and happiness inside ourselves.

Changes in life create grief because we have lost what used to be. Our grief changes our life by emotionally, physically, socially and behaviorally. In the emotional matter; sadness, angry, anxious, guilty, lonely, resentful, denial, fear, flash-back, and relief, all these things are affected to us. And we are also changes physically such as we experienced fatigue, flair-ups of chronic conditions, crying, empty feeling, sleeping and eating problems. Our emotion tells us who we are- our soul communicates with us through emotional energy vibrations. Truth is an emotional energy vibration communication from our soul on the spiritual plane to our spirit on this physical plane. It is something that we feel in our heart that resonates within us. We also can change socially, if we have grief. Some changes can be find out ourselves such as self-conscious, loss of companionship, avoid places, make new friends, and so on. The human beings change behaviorally, if he or she victimize by grief. Such activities can be found in ourselves if you victimize such as new skills, kept busy, stayed in bed, withdrawn, lost life style, restless and so on.

Conclusion

So grief is pervasive. It can help to affect many aspects of our life. Every changes in life is beings a new challenge. When we lose a loved one, the challenge of the transition to a new normal is all- embracing. The suddenness of changes in how we lived our life is an end and not yet be beginning. It is an end to a way of life. We need to grieve the life that was which starts the transition. Getting to the other side of our pain is the new beginning.
