Even though it is difficult to forget the person who died, still it is possible to forget the pain and live the life happily. Remember that death is a natural fact and you can overcome from the pain. Participate in the traditional ceremonies for died person to come out from the pain and to honor died person. Avoid being alone and mingle with the other family members and friends. Talk to the people who had experience the same and take their suggestions and advice how they over come from the grief. Be free to express your pain and sorrow to the persons who can understand you better. If no such person is there then write your feelings and emotions for the person died, in a dairy and keep the sweet memories of them.

Keep yourself busy:

Keep yourself busy in something you really like to do such as reading, writing, cooking, gardening, playing with kids, etc. Make a target to do at least one good and valuable thing in a day. Try to cultivate new creative hobby such as painting, writing own stories, visiting new places, etc. If possible join a support group. Try to help the needy people by giving financial support or love to them. Your life doesn’t end with the person died, so get involved with chasing your dreams and aims. Make some short term goals to achieve easily. Listen to the spiritual and devotional songs. Visit the friends and other loved ones who are little bit away from you frequently.

Other facts to come out from pain:

Take regular and proper meals and get adequate sleep. If possible make a routine of regular walk. Try to develop some internal spirituality that can help you to learn some real aspects of life. If needed seek a professional’s help. Some times crying also helps you to feel free from heart. Face the reality, don’t run away from it. Death is one thing that can not be avoidable. You also have to face the death on some day, so think it is a real thing. Think about the welfare of other family members who are also part of your life. Try to build up positive thinking, and avoid negative points.
