Grief is normal response of sorrow, emotions and confusion that comes form losing someone or something important to you. It is natural part of life. Grief is a typical reaction to death, divorc, job loss, a move away from family and friends, or loses of good health due to illness.

Different ways:

How does grief feels. Suppose, just after a loss or death, you may feel empty and numb, as if you are in shock. You may notice physical changes such as trembling, trouble breathing, muscle weakness, dry mouth, or trouble sleeping and eating. People in grief may have strange dream or nightmares, be absent minded withdraw socially, or lack of desire to return to work. While these feelings and behaviors are normal during grief, they will pass. How long does grief last? It means it takes you to accept and learn to live with your loss. For some people, grief lasts a few months. For others, grieving may take year.

The length of time spent grieving is different from each person. There are many reasons for each difference, including personality, health, coping style, culture, family background and life experience and every person who experiences a death or a other loss must complete a four steps grieving process i.e. accept the loss; work through and feel the physical and emotional pain of grief; adjust to living in a word without the person or item lost; and move on with life. We can recognize differences between grief and depression which is different to each others. Depression is more than a feeling of grieves after losing someone or something you love. Clinical depression is a whole body disorder. It can take over the way you think and feel. If you recently experienced a death or other loss, these feelings may be a part of normal grief reaction. But if these feelings persist with no lifting mood, ask for help.

Thus you should be aware about grief and how to deal with it. Whenever you got grief in your life, you would be aware how to deal with grief. If depression or anxiety is making it difficult for you to function for a longer than a couples of week, talk to your health professional about medicine, canceling can also help speed your recovery.
