		<description>I beleive that procrastination is a result of people deluding themselves and refusing to accept responsibility for their lives, but I also beleive that this is because of fear. People procrastinate because they are afraid of what will happen if they finally take that action and then fail. They delude themselves by thinking that they don&#039;t have what it takes to succeed.  Also, my understanding is that it takes at least 21 days of consistent action to establish a new habit.  I think meditation and inspirational messages are a great way to get yourself to think differently and develop new self-confidence.</description>
