Napoleon Hill says procrastination is pretty much the number 1 reason why people aren't successful. One way to deal with it is to prioritize your daily activities. Instead of putting the most unpleasant and perhaps most important task off till the end of the day, do it first. Then all your other tasks will seem a lot easier. I think most people don't even think about what is truly important to them because they are too busy trying to cope with the little things that are going on around them right now. While prioritizing you need to categorize your tasks into Important and Urgent (the first priority), Important and not urgent (the second priority), Unimportant but urgent (third priority), and not important and not urgent (try to eliminate these).
