Real Healthy Snacks That Rock!

As recent studies have shown, long periods between meals leaves you hungry, less alert, and more prone to binging when food is available. Ideally, a person would be able to eat several small meals in a day, keeping their energy and metabolism high. Time The Great Healer Of Grief

Time and Grief

It is a very old saying “time and tide waits for none” and is indeed true. Time is like a flowing river which is always in relative motion with life. There is no control over the pace of time. It always takes things along and leaves a trail of past behind transforming the present to past and the future to present and then to past. Everything in this world is born with a shelf life of its own and so is the grief over an inevitable loss.
