There is no correct or incorrect way to grieve. All the position is normal. It is helpful to know that human grief is a procedure that often follows a healing pattern.Shock is the primary stage. It is accompanied by mistrust and numbness. Fault is painful and hard to deal with. This is a usual feeling and eventually it may be solved by believe in self. Anger is a different big factor which appears to be essential in order to face the reality of life and then to get further than it. Every one must heal in own ways. Anger is a natural stage through which one must pass. The anger at the deceased loved one may even make one feel guilty or it may be because the own life continues whereas the friend's life is over.

Difference stages:

Depression is a phase of grief that comes and goes. Knowing this be always prepared to give self time to heal. Resignation is a late phase. It comes after accepting the truth. Understand that one will never be the same but the life can go on to find meaning and purpose. Be patient with self. Do not compare self to others. Go through the mourning process at the own pace.Admit the hurting and go with the pain.Apply cold or heat to the body, whichever feels best.Ask for and accept help and talk to others.Face the loss and Stop asking questions. Be familiar that a bad day does not mean that all is lost.

Steps toward surviving tragedy:

Talk on what has happened until it becomes genuine. Talk to kind family and friends, go to a support group, begin person work with a mental health professional but find a way to talk about the person who died and how the death has impacted the life and family. State the Emotions, Grief is filled with incompatible tidal waves of emotion. No issue what the range of emotions, all are to be expected through grief. It is vital to get the emotions outside of self. Nothing can make what has happened. Life is curved upside down and changed forever. One can determine that something good and reasonable will come out of the unreasonable tragedy that one is experiencing. While missing the objective presence of a loved one in the lives may continue well into the future, it is possible to change into acceptance of the person's nonphysical occurrence. What may that relationship be? For some, it is recollections and love carried in the hearts.
