Books related to the Law of Attraction.



The Law of Attraction is a school of thought that emphasizes upon the way in which a person's thought process emotions and attitude influence his life. The theory explains that through positive thinking and rightful utilization of our positive energies we are capable of bringing about significant changes in our life.

A number of books have been written on the Law of Attraction. William Walker Atkinson's Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World was one of the earliest writings on the Law of Attraction. The book focused on the relation between the Law of Attraction and the new thought theories. Atkins' book brought out the different ways in which scientific approach and positive thinking can bring about radical changes in a person's life. The book is one of the best written works on the Law of Attraction and is the mastermind behind "The Secret", a film made on the Law of Attraction in 2006.

The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham by Esther and Jerry Hicks is a recent book on the Law of Attraction. The book discusses the theory in the light of universal laws. Law of Attraction illustrates explicitly with practical examples on how one can see his or her reality and can also influence the life of significant others. The book explains the notions like "like attracts like" or "It is done unto you as you believe" to emphasize upon the inner strength which helps one to realize his end.

Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires by Esther Hicks, Jerry Hicks and Wayne W. Dyer is another popular book on the Law of Attraction. The authors, who call themselves the Abraham, discuss the ways to realize the non-physical in one and suggest the means to express our wants, so as to discover the true joy of living. The book teaches us how the Law of Attraction helps us improve our relationships, health and also money management by employing the power of mind.

Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich is another book on the Law of Attraction. Hill's book focuses on knowledge of the unconscious mind and positive thoughts. The author, who is also a renowned coach on the Law of Attraction states that that the mind in itself possesses enormous power and can be conditioned effectively to bring about promising changes in life.

The Science of Attracting More of What You want and Less of What You Don't by Michael j. Losier is a very popular book on the Law of Attraction. The book focuses on the mental clarity, increasing thought vibration, affirmation and contrast studies to explain the Law of Attraction. Losier makes an appreciable effort by suggesting ways to unravel the unconscious layers of mind and also the means to identify one's inner strength and utilize them in bringing out the best.

The secret

As editor of New Thought magazine, William Walker Atkinson and his 1906 book Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World are associated with the thinking behind the recent phenomena surrounding the 2006 movie, The Secret. According to Rhonda Byrne, who created "The Secret", she was also largely inspired by New Thought author Wallace Wattles.
