While this may seem like common sense, it is important to remember that your coworkers and supervisors are not mind readers. That is why it is important to openly discuss all work related issues. Should you delegate work to others, make sure that your directions are clear and to the point. Should anyone need assistance, be sure to give it to them and in a timely matter. If you are a supervisor, which is likely the case in a large office setting, be sure that your staff members feel comfortable approaching you for assistance.
